Payment terms and conditions

Our payment terms are customary conditions for long-distance travel.

The deposit must be paid immediately after booking. Only after the deposit has been received, we can confirm all travel parts and the flight tickets can be printed (if applicable).

The deposit is:
100% for flights
100% for campsites
100% for travel parts / accommodations, which charge 100% cancellation fees, for example SAN Parks
25% for the remaining travel parts

The final payment must be received by us no later than 8 weeks prior to your trip.
Your vouchers and other travel documents will be sent to you via email about 2 weeks prior to your trip.

You can pay us in South African Rand or Euro. All travel parts have to be settled in 1 currency except flights and travel insurance, we can only book and therefore pay these in Euro.

There are high costs involved for credit card  payments. Therefore we do not accept credit card payments. Some of our clients do make use of Billhop. (only available in limited countries). Billhop offers you the advantages of credit card payments, but we receive your payment as a normal bank transfer. The bank charges Billhop charges are for you own accounts.

Any bank charges for payments in Euro or Rand are for your own account. You have to indicate this when making the payment.
