I would like to let you know that Manon and I have enjoyed Cape Town immensely. What a pleasure to spend the first days in Maartens Guesthouse, that was so cozy and cozy!
Concerning the excursions: excellent! Active bike / boat / walking tour was great and the trip to the Townships felt safe, we got a good impression of the Townships.
Safari Aquila was a very nice experience, again pleasant transportation to and from Aquila.
The last days Waterfront was also nice, only one downside. The last day we could not take a shower, because the shower was for the staff. So I paid 75 euros extra for that Tuesday to keep that room until 9 p.m., so that we could still shower (because after a full day in the sun) to have been active, it is nice to be able to shower).
Transfer from and to the airport was also fine.
Thank you for arranging the above for us incl. Transport !! We are very happy that we had not opted for our own car, because we certainly could not have returned it without damage due to the many ramps, left-hand drive and the high curbs for parking. Furthermore, we have undertaken a lot with the hop on hop off bus.
The uber taxi was also a great outcome, it even came to bring food one evening when we were too tired to go into town.
And as icing on the cake after 3x a cancellation, on our last day, the paragliding was still going on.
We enjoyed every minute in Cape Town, someday we hope to come back again. Oh, and flying with KLM is great!
