Upon arrival at Cape Town airport, you can receive your Europcar category C car or similar. We have reserved a guesthouse in Cape Town for you. If you arrive late and prefer a transfer from the airport to your accommodation, this is also possible. The car will then be delivered to your accommodation the following morning. Additional costs on request.

You stay two nights at The Walden House, or similar based on bed and breakfast.

– A visit to Table Mountain. Take the cable car to the top for an unforgettable view of Cape Town or go for a sporty hike.
– A visit to the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens
– Pay a visit to V&A Waterfront to shop or grab a drink on a terrace
– A boat trip and excursion to Robben Island (reservation required)
– The Company Gardens
– An active cycling and walking trip to Cape Point

There are many restaurants in Cape Town such as in Victoria & Alfred Waterfront but also elsewhere in the city. If you want to discover African cuisine, you can go to Gold or Mama Africa. Be sure of a place? We reserve the restaurant of your choice free of charge.

Stellenbosch has a lot to offer and you will certainly enjoy yourself here for a few days. The cozy atmosphere of the center and the beautiful wine countries make a nice change. It is best to explore the center of Stellenbosch on foot. This old wine town with its typical Cape Dutch characteristics is perfect for a day of exploring. It is a city with culture and tradition, but also a student city with a lively nightlife with many restaurants and bars. Admire the Cape Dutch Architecture and visit the village museum and “Uncle Samie Se Winkel”, the most famous store in Stellenbosch. There are also many galleries, where locally made paintings can be admired and sold. For lunch and dinner there are plenty of options within walking distance.

Today you can drive via the R44 towards Somerset West and along the beautiful coast to Hermanus, or you can first visit the picturesque Franschhoek and drive via the spectacular Franschhoek Pass to Hermanus. If you choose this route, do not be surprised if you see baboons on the side of the road. They walk around freely here. Don’t give them any food and don’t try to quote them, they are still wild animals… They are certainly fun to watch!

If you left on time you can have lunch in Hermanus. You can also explore Hermanus on foot. If you are here during the whale season (July to November), you may already see whales from the quay. You can also book a nice boat trip to see the whales up close by per boat kleinbaai. If you enjoy walking then visit the beautiful beach of Grotto Beach or take a walk on the cliff paths along the coast.
