Setting up the tents may take some getting used to. After the tents have been set up and you have been able to freshen up, enjoy a well-earned meal. Day 3 – 5: Okavango Delta (3x B, 3x L, 3x D)
The Okavango delta is a complicated network of canals and finds its origin as the Okavango river in Angola. The river ends as a domestic delta and forms a 16,000 km² maze of so-called wetlands. It is a wonderland of meandering waterways, green islands, lush plains, beautiful birds and wildlife.
You start your journey through the delta, near the panhandle, by boat. You will spend three nights in this overwhelming wilderness. There will be plenty of time to enjoy the serenity of this beautiful nature on foot or per mokoro. On day 3 and / or 6 you have the option (at an additional cost) to view the beautiful delta from the air. But above all, enjoy the peace and quiet in this area by reading a book or enjoying the nature around you in silence.
Accommodation tour: overnight at a fully serviced camp.
Included activity: Transfer per powerboat, guided bush walk, mokoro excursion and one sunset cruise
Optional activity: Helicopter flight above the Okavango Delta

Perched high in the truck you head north into the wilderness, passing a number of small villages along the way. You will stay in nature reserves for the next four days.
You start for example
in Moremi, where you camp the first night next to the world famous Third Bridge. Hopefully you will be able to sleep with the background sounds of a howling hyena, a roaring lion or the growling sound of a submerged hippo.
The vegetation in this area is constantly changing, from open plains, palm trees and swamps, to Mopane forests and Acacia bushes. Full of impressions you will fall asleep in the bush in the evening …. Provided that the sounds of the animals do not keep you awake.
The travel schedule of this part of the trip can deviate from the above schedule, there is a good look at areas where wildlife can be seen and this can vary from season to season.
