Safari to Inverdoorn Game Reserve
Inverdoorn is approximately a 3.5-hour drive from Cape Town and covers an area of 10,000 hectares. Hundreds of different birds and more than 1,200 animals of 28 different species live in the area including lions, cheetahs, wildebeests, zebras, rhinos, buffalo, giraffes, ibex, impala and caracals.
The game drives in the reserve are executed with 4×4 Land Rovers and you will always be accompanied by an expert guide who can tell you everything about the wide variety of game in the reserve. Hundreds of different species of birds and more than 1,200 animals of 28 different species live in the area, including lions, cheetahs, wildebeests, zebras, rhinos, buffalo, giraffes, ibex, impala and caracals.
The reserve has a cheetah rehabilitation program with the aim of maintaining the cheetah in the wild. Please note, interaction with the animals is not allowed as this does not contribute to the welfare of the animals.
Of course you can also stay several nights in the Inverdoorn Game Reserve to enjoy this special piece of African nature and the fantastic accommodations even more.

You can check in from 12:30 and a welcome drink and a delicious lunch will be waiting for you (no later than 14:00). After lunch you have the opportunity to relax in your room, by the pool or to explore the area. Around 4 p.m. (in the winter months at 3 p.m.) a delicious afternoon tea will be ready for you.
At the end of the afternoon, around 5 p.m. (in the winter months around 4.30 p.m.) you will be taken by one of the guides in a large 4×4 Land Rover for a game drive of approximately 3 hours. Upon your return, you have time to freshen up and enjoy a drink in the boma before dinner is served at 8 p.m. (in the winter months at 7:30 p.m.).
