Horse riding through the Mlilwane Game Reserve
On the back of a beautiful horse you will feel at one with the nature of Mlilwane Game Reserve. Make a game drive on horseback among zebras, kudus, wildebeest, springbok and many other beautiful animals. There are various options for both beginners and experienced riders.
Drive with an experienced Swazi guide through the grasslands and hills of the Ezulwini Valley and relax in a sporty way in the ‘bush’.

It is possible to make a trip of 1, 2 or 3 hours with an experienced Swazi guide. This option is also suitable for beginners as the pace is not high and the emphasis is on driving between wildlife and the beautiful nature of Mlilwane Game Reserve.
For the more experienced rider or the beginner who likes adventure and has a little experience, there is the ‘Rock of Execution Challenge’. This tour takes about 3 to 4 hours and takes you to the top of the Nyonyane Mountain, also known as the Rock of Execution, from where you have a beautiful view of the valley. You get something to drink and snacks when you reach the Rock of Execution. This tour is suitable for participants from 6 years and has a minimum of 2 participants. You leave in the morning at 8:00 AM from the Mlilwane Rest Camp.
All horse riding trips depart from the Mlilwane Rest Camp and wearing a helmet is compulsory for everyone (helmets are provided).
