General information
Rhino River Lodge is located on the 23000 hectare Manyoni Private Game Reserve (formerly Zululand Rhino Reserve). A beautiful piece of unspoiled African nature between the Usumduze river and the Lebombo mountains where the entire Big Five (elephant, buffalo, lion, rhino, leopard) and many other animals and birds live.
Rhino River Lodge offers intimate, comfortable and affordable accommodation in the heart of Zululand on the banks of the Msunduze River. You will stay in a Deluxe Ensuite room. At an additional cost you can book an upgrade to a more spacious Family Chalet (up to 4 people) or a luxury Cottage (up to 4 people).
The private game reserve is located 27 km north of Hluhluwe in the province of KwaZuluNatal and offers a home to many wildlife such as: leopard, lion, cheetah, elephant, black and white rhino, buffalo, zebra, giraffe, wildebeest, warthog, various species antelope, jackal, porcupine, turtle, mongoose and genet.
All game drives are equipped with open 4×4 safari vehicles under the guidance of an expert ranger.

Dagprogramma
You arrive around 1 p.m. (lunch is served between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.) and as soon as you are settled in your room the first game drive is on the program. When you return, you have time to freshen up before heading to the restaurant for dinner. Enjoy a delicious 3-course dinner and listen to the sounds of the bush.
