22 rooms nestled in natural bush high up on the ridge with commanding views of the Reserve. 8 Villas twin/king. comprising bedroom en-suite bathroom, separate toilet, luxurious indoor/outdoor shower, private wooden deck, mini bar, fireplace, overhead fan& air conditioning. 2 Honeymoon villas each with private plunge pool, 6 suites (12 rooms) with either twin or king size bed configurations, each with own en-suite bathroom, private toilet, outside shower and private wooden deck, overhead fan & air conditioner. Each Suite has a common lobby which may be separately secured and serve as an inter – leading 2 bedroom family unit. Please make sure that when booking guests into Rhino Ridge Safari Lodge that they follow the directions as supplied by the lodge and not GPS Coordinates or Google Maps. This is critical information as your clients will get lost if they do not follow the correct set of directions.

Rhino Ridge Safari Lodge – afternoon safari times have switched to winter as from 1 April. Morning game drive departs 6.30am and afternoon game drive departs 3.30pm. High tea is served at 2.30pm please take this into account for planning arrival times for your guest to ensure they do not miss out on our delicious high tea!

Rhino Ridge is a newly constructed lodge of contemporary design with overtones of organic forms utilizing natural finishes and materials. Rhino Ridge is part owned by the local Mpembeni Community and is the result of years of passion and energy to finally bring this uniquely positioned Safari experience to the market. The lodge is ground breaking in being the first private facility within Africa’s oldest proclaimed reserve, Hluhluwe Imfolozi Park. With access to over 90 000 hectares of indigenous land, teeming with game and the center of Rhino Conservation, Rhino Ridge is ideally situated for conservationists, wildlife enthusiast and tourists.
