When you make a game drive with an expert guide, you are always more likely to see game than when you drive through a game park with your own car. During this sunrise or sunset game drive you will be taken by an expert Swazi guide in an open Land Rover and will look for wild animals.

Early birds opt for a sunrise game drive that leaves at 5:30 am. You wake up with the game and enjoy a fantastic sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee or tea with a small snack. After 2.5 hours you will hopefully return with beautiful photos and memories.
The sunset game drive departs at 4 p.m., you get a drink along the way and you also return to the camp after 2.5 hours. During this afternoon game drive, elephants, lions, white rhinos, hippos, giraffes and a variety of antelopes are regularly seen.

The Hlane Royal National Park in Swaziland has an interesting flora including hardwood trees of more than 1000 years old. There are several water pools in the reserve where a lot of game comes to drink. Especially during the dry winter months, these are excellent places to observe wildlife. A variety of birds are found in this area, including white backed vultures.

For this excursion a minimum of two participants is required and the minimum age is 6 years. Take a warm vest or jacket with you, in the morning it can still be cool and in the afternoon the temperature can drop quickly when the sun sets. And of course don’t forget your camera to take pictures of the wild!

You can book this excursion in combination with other travel options from our total travel offer.
